I'm an integrative therapist, which means I adapt my way of working to your goals. I see clients face to face at my practice in Surbiton or remotely via Zoom.
Working integratively as a therapist means that I will meet each client where they are and adapt my way of working to each individual’s needs and presentation, drawing on several therapeutic modalities. I believe each person is the expert and author of their own life and I see my role as providing a safe and confidential space to explore and identify each client’s goals.
I provide a warm and non-judgemental space for my clients to explore what might stand in the way of effecting the changes they want to see in their lives, and I have a genuine desire to support my clients’ growth and well being.
Your Journey
Therapy is a joint endeavour, but you are the expert on you. My role is to be there for you every step of your journey. My focus and goal is to help you grow from your struggles, heal from your pain, and move forward to where you want to be in your life.
My background and key interest area is in addiction treatment and I spent a year working at an addiction treatment in-patient centre as well as seeing clients facing addiction issues working for a general counselling service. It is an area I am passionate about and I believe recovery is possible for each individual.
I am also experienced in working with common mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, loss and grief – in short, the multitude of things that may leave us feeling a little lost in life.
In short, my focus is YOU and I will always adapt my way of working to each client's unique individual needs.
Fees
I charge £70/session. Saturday morning slots are £75/session. I work in person or via Zoom, whichever is best for you.
My practice is in Surbiton, which is easily accessible from Kingston, Thames Ditton, Teddington, Hampton, Hampton Wick as well as London and other areas of Surrey. If you prefer to book an online Zoom therapy session please get in touch.
